For confirmation of booking at 20% deposit of the total fee is required at time of booking, balance must be received via direct debit or credit card, at least 7 days prior to departure.
If paying via credit card, please advise your preferred contact number and a member of our team will contact you to process payment. Once booking is finalised a confirmation email will be sent. Please note credit card fees apply. Visa / Mastercard 1.5%. Amex 4%.
Accounts are all strictly 7 days from travel date.
Pricing will not change on confirmed reservations unless you make changes to your original booking, depending on the changes made
We understand circumstances change. Easytrans Australia will transfer your booking to another date at no cost, otherwise a refund will be issued less $100 administration fee. Please advise all cancellations in writing via email.
If cancellation is less than 7 days in peak seasons, Easytrans Australia have the right to retain a 30% cancellation fee of the total amount paid including a $100 administration fee. In the event of extreme circumstances please contact us and we work towards a amicable outcome.
If you are intending to travel at a different time, we can keep your payment and transfer to a new date at no charge.
All payments to be finalised 7 days before collection unless prior arrangement has been made.
Falls Creek Resort Entry
It is a condition of entry into Falls Creek and Mt Hotham a resort entry fee is paid. Resort entry cost will be added onto passenger invoices on top of transfer cost.
$19.50 per person
Easytrans is all about making the journey stress free and “easy”. If you have any special request, please ensure you notify us at time of booking, our team will do everything they can to accommodate.
Easytrans Australia supply child restraints and booster seats for children upon request at no cost to the passenger. Easytrans accepts no liability for incorrect installation of child safety seat/s. Passengers are responsible for checking child restraint installation.

Whilst every effort is made, Easytrans is unable to guarantee exact arrival or departure times and is not liable for any failure to make connections with any other service or guarantee the operation of any particular service.
